Join us for a weekly Women’s Circle with Kitzia Kokopelmana in the heart of our botanical garden — a sacred and nurturing space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with other women.

Each gathering includes:

• Guided women’s circle

• Organic herbal teas

• Guilt-free desserts

• Poetry & spiritual reflection

• Gentle movement, herbs, nutrition & emotional wellbeing themes

We will explore topics such as:

• Culinary herbs & medicinal teas

• Nutrition & hormonal balance

• Biodanza & conscious movement

• Menopause as a sacred transition

• Emotional wellbeing, anxiety & stress

• Spiritual connection, creativity & inner wisdom

Contribution: $25 USD per person
