Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Botanical Experience To confirm your place on the Botanical Experience at Buena Fortuna Gardens, a $15 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and allows our team to prepare the garden, ingredients, and staffing in advance. The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show, regardless of reason. This policy ensures fairness and helps us maintain the quality and integrity of the experience for all guests. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of the tour. Guests are asked to provide any dietary requirements, allergies, or food sensitivities at the time of booking or via the confirmation form. Our kitchen team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate advance requests; however, same-day changes may not be possible. If you are unable to attend, bookings may be transferred to another guest with prior notice. Please note that transfers do not reset the original booking date or deposit terms. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time, as the experience follows a scheduled flow through the gardens and kitchen. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience and cannot be refunded. By confirming you'r booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
